메일 내용은 아래와 같습니다. Thank you for sending in your MSR shelter for evaluation. The coating and/or seams on your fabric broke down due to a process called hydrolysis. It can happen anywhere from 3-7 years after manufacture, and consistently effects lightweight tent fabrics to a greater extent than heavier fabrics. Due to the age of your tent, it is not eligible for Seam Sealing Service. Only Xtreme Shield tents with a Lot Tag #0818, 0918, 1018, 1118, 1218, 0119, 0219, 0319, 0519, 0619, 0719 are eligible for support. For that reason, we are shipping your tent back to you. A tent showing signs of hydrolysis is not necessarily beyond repair; there are several products that are good for manually re-doing your coatings and seams. If you are interested in re-sealing the seams or restoring the coating on your tent we recommend Seam Grip Fast Cure, Seam Grip WP, and Seam Grip TF Tent Fabric Sealant. 결국 수리 안된다는거고 추천 사이트 알려주네요... 왕복 택배비만 10만원 안되게 깨지고 아무것도 건진게 없습니다. msr텐트는 다시는 안살거 같네요 ㅠㅠ |
